What we collect and why

This site has no form. It does not ask for a name, an email address, a date of birth, a ZIP code or a Medicare number, and there is nothing on it that could send us any of those. Page usage is counted in aggregate, without cookies and without any identifier that could point at a person.

Legal basis and sharing

Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing is collected. In particular no insurer, agent, broker, field marketing organisation or lead buyer receives anything from this site, and none of them could, because there is no enquiry here to pass on.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@medicareplancomparison.com. We respond within one month.
